• Make Bill Payment (exclude Finance function) in Wing Bank App when you have insufficient balance
• Top up Mobile phone in Wing Bank App when you have insufficient balance
• Purchase items in Wing Mall and select Wing Bank as payment method and you have insufficient balance
• Scan offline KHQR of Wing Bank Merchant with Wing Bank App and you have insufficient balance

No, you cannot ask Wing Agent to apply Digital Installment for you

The loan tenor varies from 3 months to 24 months according to customer profile

The interest rate is as low as 12% p.a.

The maximum loan amount varies according to customer profile

No collateral or guarantor is required

You will get the notification of the status instantly and the loan will be disbursed into your Wing Account upon approval and automatically transferred into merchant/biller account.

No, you can’t disburse the Digital Installment into your own account, but you can apply Wing Digital Loan instead if you have the demand to disburse the loan into your own account.

The fee charge is between 0% – 3% according to customer profile

You can payoff the loan via Wing Bank App by clicking on the loan icon, then click on your active loan and click on Payoff

Yes, the CBC information will reflect your payment history

To comply with regulations, Wing will check CBC on your Digital Installment application. You have to consent for CBC checking before submitting the application.

You are encouraged to repay on time to have a good credit history. However, the penalty will be imposed for late payment with 2.25% per month on installment amount.
