1. Time To Rise is available to all Cellcard prepaid users.

2. The validity of the Time to Rise plan is determined by the offer: 7 days or 30 days. These are 24 hours time-based plans. For example, if you subscribe to Time to Rise for $1 on January 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM with a validity of 7 days, your plan will expire on January 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

3. Time to Rise is auto-renewable. The plan will renew when your data is exhausted before the expiry or on the expiry date, provided you have sufficient balance.

4. When the Time to Rise plan is renewed or subscribed before the bundle expires, the remaining data, call minutes, and SMS will roll over to your next plan with the max. rollover bundle of 500GB, 10,000SMS and 10,000 calls. If the auto-renewal is not successful before plan expiration, the existing bundle will not be rollovered. This rollover is not applicable with Time To Rise $1.

5. Time to Rise cannot be subscribed to without the user’s consent.

6. Customers can purchase subscriptions as gifts for their friends who are also on the plan. Users can send gifts to family, friends, or loved ones by following these steps:

• Log in to Cellcard App, select the plan you want to send, click on “Send Gift,” and enter the recipient’s phone number.

7. To send Time to Rise as gift, the recipient’s account must be active.

8. The gift’s validity follows Time to Rise plan offer.
