How to Redeem Your Prize​:

• Merchandise Prizes: Claim at any Cellcard Store within 30 days.​ Winners can claim general prizes at any Cellcard office starting from April 1, 2025.

• Grand Prizes (AirPods Pro 2, Galaxy S25+, iPhone 16 Pro Max):

• Contact Cellcard Customer Service (1204) to schedule your pickup.​
• Pickup is available only at Cellcard Head Office on the scheduled date.​
• Bring a valid National ID, registered SIM profile, and voucher code from the Spin to Win game.​
• Redemptions are available during business hours only.​

Terms & Conditions​

1. This program is available on the Cellcard App and is exclusively for Prepaid and Hybrid plan users.
2. Spins received are valid until 23:59 on the day after receiving them.
3. Grand prize winners must contact Cellcard’s customer service team in advance and visit the Cellcard Head Office in person at the scheduled time to claim their prize.
4. General prize winners can claim their prize in person at any Cellcard office.
5. Both grand and general prize winners must claim their prizes in person during working hours, presenting their original Cambodian ID card, the Cellcard phone number linked to their ID, and the prize code received from the program.
6. If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, it will be forfeited.
7. Winners of partner vouchers must enter the code received upon winning into the Grab Food or Grab Transport apps before payment and order placement. The discount details are:

• 50% off Grab Food, up to a maximum discount of 12,000 KHR.
• 50% off Grab Transport, up to a maximum discount of 4,000 KHR.
• Discount coupons are valid until May 31, 2025.

8. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
9. If a customer’s phone number becomes inactive, they will be unable to use their spins or take any actions on the Cellcard App to claim prizes.
